I figured we could post this early, that way people have time to meet, chat and get to know each other before the season starts. And lets be honest, who doesn't want to start chasing talk early to bide our time until the season starts, lol.

I'm apart of a Michigan based team, right now there is 3 of us, we are looking for one more chaser/photographer to join with us. We have two cars, but mostly use just one. We are 29, 23, and 19 years of age and have been chasing since 2012. We had a good 2015, we were featured on WNDU NBC 16 out of Northern Indiana on June 7th and our social media page is doing pretty well.

You can message us at Facebook.com/chaseone, by email at [email protected], or a private message on here if you want to chat about teaming up.

We will be traveling all across the country this season, so we have no limits.

Good luck to everyone seeking partners for the upcoming season!

Another season just around the corner & I'm looking to tag along with someone a chase or two. Having a child has made it more difficult for Christine & I to chase. Not a fan of chasing solo. So I'm hoping to find an experienced chaser(s) to catch a few setups.

Storm chasing is one of my biggest passions. I'm out there for the storm. Not there for glory, fame or fortune. Witnessed close to four dozen tornadoes from various distances. Well traveled. Amateur forecaster. CPR/FirstAid Certified. Have my own equipment and will pay for most of the gas for trip. Home base is Kearney, Nebraska.

This just scratches the surface of what I would like to go over with anyone that is interested. You can message me here, FB or Twitter. Email: [email protected]

Good luck & Stay Safe!

Alex Heimberger

I'd like to throw my hat into the ring.

I'm still new to the hobby, so I can't offer a lot as far as forecasting and such.

I am an excellent driver, navigator, stay calm during intense moments, and get along with just about anyone. I'm very adventurous.... so you'd never hear me complaining about venturing too far from home, too close to the storm, getting scared or stressed, etc...

Ideally, I'd like to find an experienced chaser who would not mind "taking me under the wing" per se for a chase or two. I would pay for all fuel for the chase just to be able to ride along and gain some knowledge and experience.

I am located in Yukon, OK

Well it finally looks like 2016 will be the year I take a Chasecation and wouldn't mind finding a partner to take with. As of now I'm leaning towards the first of May, but that can obviously change. Only bad thing is I have to give two weeks notice for vacation, so I'll be locked in once I pull the trigger. I was a spotter for the local EMA for 10 years and have been chasing mainly solo for 5 years. I'm working on being a better forecaster, but I still have lots to learn. Have descent camera equipment and mobile radar setup. Home base is Omaha,NE and will travel to where the action is for the week i'm taking. PM me on here or shoot me an email at [email protected] if interested! Thanks

Hello everyone
I was always interested in tornados and it has been my dream to watch a real one, and where I live there are no tornados. I was wandering if there is a possibility to join someone experienced to chase and share expenses? Is that something that people do? take someone with no experience to chase with them? I would go with a chasing tour company but it is too expensive. I would like to go for about 10-14 days.

I think Steve should write a web app that connects people. The Uber of storm chasing, if you will. Have a calendar, pick the date, then it shows you a map you can click on your location, (in case car broke down and wanting a ride...), and/or a radius to catch the ride. (ie, "I could drive to Amarillo and leave my car at a walmart, w/e). This would be cross-linked to our experience profile, etc.

This would be a nice visual tool, huh Steve? ;)

Greetings. I am a meteorologist looking for other Dallas/Fort Worth based chase partners for this spring/summer. I have chased off-and-on for 30 years. I could drive (prefer not to) and would certainly pay my part of expenses. My schedule is generally open and flexible. No "yahoo's" please. Send me a message if interested.

Figured I'd take some part in this thread as most of my friends don't offer the most help when chasing. Am looking for a chase-pal or a group to chase with this season. I am still in school (I'm 17) so would only be able to chase after about 2:00pm once school is out and also won't be able to chase most weekends as I work weekends. I have about 6 chasing experiences as a driver, photographer/videographer, and of course "cloud feature identifier." I have read up on severe weather as I am absolutely fascinated by severe weather. I am set that meteorology will be my major. Base is Cedar Rapids, Iowa.(Eastern Iowa.) Anyone in the state or nearby looking to chase with myself please let me know. Thank you!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to make a quick post on here before I start a new thread on the topic I'm about to discuss. I want to extend an opportunity to those chasers that are living outside of the U.S.A. to come chase with me. I understand that traveling to the U.S. is very expensive, and the price of storm chasing tour companies is also very expensive. Therefore, if you are interested in chasing with me, I will be chasing full-time from about May 20th until the end of June. I currently have a friend from Sweden that will be joining me for a week or two in the end of May and beginning of June. I also had a couple guys from Slovenia that were coming for a couple weeks in May and June; however, they have some issues complicating their plans at this time, and they may not be able to come this year. I only have 3 available seats in my car at any one time, so I go on a first come first serve basis. Anyway, if you want more information, you can start a conversation with me, or you can wait for the thread that I will start in the Stormtrack: Announcements section. I'll give a more detailed explanation of everything.

Cheers,
David

Hello fellow weather fanatics!

I'm also looking for a chase partner/partners for the 2016 season. I live in Regina, Saskatchewan and will be travelling as far south as Nebraska and slowly moving my way North as the season progresses. I have a good storm chasing vehicle, radar software and a lot of camera equipment so nothing is required in that regard. I'm looking for people who are committed to chasing and who can help out with operating cameras and keeping an eye on radar. Anyways feel free to private message me if your interested in collaborating or just want to talk weather!

Thanks, Malcolm

I'm more of a local chaser than anything else. I live in southern Illinois. If anyone around me ever wants to chase locally, feel free to hit me up! I can afford gas and can even provide the vehicle. I love meeting others and am easy to get along with.

Count me in Tom, I can drive if needed.

Calling all north Texas chasers!, Surely there are more of us from the DFW area around on this forum somewhere :) I'm always looking for an experienced driver for some of our local chases. I love all aspects of chasing and I'm easy to get along with. PM if interested.
