Ral.ucar web page is down

I often use the http://ral.ucar.edu/weather/model/ for quick forecasts of approaching winter storms (and for spring severe). However, this evening that site is completely down, and all I get is a blank screen (7:30-8PM EST, 1/23/11). Does anyone know the problem?

I've often had problems with the site on weekends, I think it is their usual maintenance time. If it isn't up tomorrow, then I would begin to believe there is a problem.
