Mobile Threatnet Warnings display

I've been having problems with my threatnet not displaying county warnings. It will show the watches but not warnings. I've configured the counties (I've even tried configuring all of the counties in the US) but they just aren't showing up. I haven't been able to get ahold of tech support as I'm at work the hours that they are open so I figured I'd give this a shot. If anyone else has had a similar issue and can help I would really appreciate it.

Is this your first year with threat net or have you used it in years past with warnigs working and this is a new problem? If you are new to using it, this may be the problem. After you configure the counties, you have to restart the program. Thats the only thing I can think of.

I had the program running great last year, but due to a virus I had to reformat my computer this spring. I've tried restarting and that hasn't worked. When I have sound I can hear the sound it makes for warnings and the couting warnings button flashes, but when I click it nothing shows up.

Same problem here. I used it last year with no problems. I got a new computer this year and have not had county warnings at all this year. Any advice would be appreciated.

I had the same problem with mine...I finally contacted Cliff Windham at Barons...He was able to connect over the internet to my laptop and fixed it.
To do this you need to be able to operate your Mobile threat net, but still connect through wifi or something...

Well, I think I've narrowed the problem down to my computer's security. My guess is that when the program tries to get to the county warnings folder the security stops the program from getting there because I have it set pretty tight because I had a virus early in the season and had to format my computer the day before a chase(don't want to do that again). I'm thinking this because when I go to configure counties I have to click "allow" in a security window before I can change anything. So I'm thinking for now I'll just get my warnings from grlevel3, since I'm planning on having a new computer for next year anyway.

I was having the same problem. I had to turn my radar tab off and it would show the warning. I had to reformat my PC the other day and have not had a chance to see if it is working now. Anyone know how to get streets and map incorporated into the program?
