Pretty dense swath of wind damage across the Carolinas with several injuries. All this from a strongly forced line of low topped storms. SPC only had a 15% damaging wind prob out. Any Carolinians on this board get a hit from this?

Damn, where was this again? I'm in Augusta, GA right now, all we got was light to moderate rain and gusty, non thunderstorm winds. They had a severe wx statement out all day yesterday for potential overnight violent convection. It stated that a squall line was supposed to race through overnight with hail, wind and possible tornadoes between midnight and 3 am. I heard nothing on any severe weather events last night, i thought it was all south and west of me. :shock: :shock:

I hate not knowing what's going on! Damn barracks amenities!
