• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

    Sincerely, Jeff D.

I have created a website called United States Forecasting.

, I have created a program called Storm Outlook 1.

It is for forecasters

It comes with maps for forecasts, premade outlook and forecast texts, a daily forecast discussion and spc graphics... and much much more. It is 100 a yr, but is not yet available for purchase.... PM me for more details.

Both programs on the site are cash or check only for the next few months until I get google checkout set up. So PM me for the services, and Once the check or money is shipped, the services begin.

Hope I can serve you :)

Zack, what is your background? People will want to know what your qualifications are if they are going to base a long drive and a lot of gas money on your forecasting. Most chasers are pretty decent forecasters, so we will want to know what you offer that we can't do ourselves.

And several months to get Google checkout? It only takes a week at most. They just have to verify your bank account and who you are.

To be honest, I will not be able to get google checkout for a while because of personal issues that i could only discuss in pm or email..

I understand that you guys are pretty much all decent forecasters.... Just trying to get the word out about these services

I'd have to agree with Wes on this. You're site says very little of anything. I don't know where you are located, if you're business is registered, and who are your other clients or if you've even been to college. I mean hell...I've been "studying" the weather since 1995 but that doesn't mean I could start a forecasting business.

Elaborate more, give some background, qualifications, schooling, etc.

Also, given that you recently posted in the chase partners thread that you and your mother were looking to tag along and start chasing, i can't imagine that you have much proven success in the field in terms of verified forecasts. No offense but without some extensive met education or proven field success I can't see you gaining any clients here. There are some very successful and highly educated forecasters here that already offer this service. Definitely need to convince people why you are qualified to provide detailed forecasts at a cost to them.
