Hey Guys, Just wanting to announce the launch of our new web series Tornado Pursuit: The Hunt in Tornado Alley 2014. This past season we raised funds and were able to film most of our chases in 2014. We are currently working on editing and compiling footage to complete it. We just released episode 1 last night and it is our hope to release a new episode every 2-3 weeks. Episode One is our first one we made and we know there is room for improvement so please let me know your thoughts. I especially want to thank Christophe Asselin of Rendez Vous who was a great help to me answering questions as we got an idea of what all we needed to make this successful. Their web series in my opinion sets the standard and is the best one to date. Our hope is we will be able to follow in their foot steps.

I will be posting pics, new episodes, and updates here so stay tuned. Below are some pics of chases that will be highlighted in our series.

I liked it. I enjoyed the content and the way it was shot. My only critique is with the production. The vocals were low and the music high through most of the video. I kept having to raise and lower the volume. It sounded like you had some good analysis but it was very hard to hear. Overall, good job. Just work out those kinks and I think you will have something solid.

Thanks Donnie. Yeah we learned a lot about what we could do better with the audio from making our first episode. With this in mind I think our next episode should show this as an improvement

Here is the teaser pic from Episode 2 which should be released sometime next week. It features 3 chase days, with the main days being April 23rd in Oklahoma and April 27th in IA/NE

Gave it a watch and sent a few things I saw in a PM Jeff, but overall a rock solid job! It's not easy putting together a web series, so kudos for taking it on and executing well!

Hi Jeff

Looking forward to Episode 2.

I like your video approach. I like to see the day unfold, not just a cut to a tornado. There is so much more to "STORM" chasing then just tornadoes.

Thanks for making available.

lovin it more and more. I really like the storm shots and the way you describe what part of the storm (i.e. in the notch... or heading north into the notch) your on. Only thing I would say i that to me i like it when more information is given about where exactly the storm/tornado/wall cloud is relative to highways or towns. For example.. something like "We are 10 miles southwest of Hutchinson, KS on State highway 61 looking at a wall cloud 3 mile to our SW" that type of thing. I think connecting exact locations, dates, and maybe even radar imagery to the shots we see would help everyone too relate to that event. Im lovin it so far.

I had almost completely deleted April 23rd from my memory until this. We had decided to bail on the storm that came out of the Panhandle somewhere around Mangum and head south into northern
TX to try our luck with those two supercells near Electra/Vernon. Guess we chose wrong considered neither did anything of note.

Good watch. Chased both of these days with similar results. Actually met John M. the 27th after Bourbon County tornado. Good luck this season and to the rest of the web series.

Here is the cover photo for Episode 3 of Tornado Pursuit; It features Burkburnnet, TX Day & The Mother's Day event in NE We are hoping to release it this Sunday.
