Individual state mesonets (website)

I have passed by links from other threads recently that point to a website that contains pseudo-mesonet data for any state in the US. It's not truly a mesonet, but a site that displays data from every available legitimate weather station in a given state, and you can view data for any state. It's not the wunderground site, but I know I saw a few links to this site in the recent past.

Can anyone think of what it is?
