This mornings satellite images show an impressive system around 10N near 38W. I noticed it on Saturday as an increasing area of convection with outflow aloft. This morning the disturbance has become much better organized. If the system stays south of 15N for a few days it should continue in a favorable upper air enviroment for further development. Looks somewhat like "tropical storm Ana" 1979 so far.
