According to the long range GFS (which I know you have to take with a grain of salt), most of the snow that has fallen across the Country will be melted and gone before February ends. The big down side to this if it verifies is the increased chance of flooding.

It appears there will definitely be a warm up in the next week or so. The spaghetti plots are all over the place in the long range (as they almost always are) so confidence is low on the length of the warm up.
