the current cut off low in the southwest looks like it will send out several pieces of energy over the next 5 days. hopefully this will help out the region greatly at least short term. of course, La Nina normally means a dry winter. I wonder what the flash flood guidance is for these areas as the HPC is showing up to 10" of rain possible the next 5 days western OK and the eastern TX panhandle?
