It's looking more and more like it'll be just rain from this system, and I'm going to be so irritated if that's the case. The rest of northern IL got some great storms this year, from the perspective of a severe weather enthusiast (and some awful ones in terms of terrible damage). But every single time, a storm would approach my immediate area and just evaporate. Or else the storm's track would shift just enough to miss this vicinity. So frustrating.
