This is the worst short term forecast i've ever seen. This was just issued by NWS in Littlerock, do you think this conveys the severity of the High Risk storm situation?

.NOW...
...TORNADO WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH 10 PM...
THROUGH 6 PM...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE
ACROSS PARTS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTH ARKANSAS. MOVEMENT WILL BE
NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. STRONG GUSTY WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED WITH
THE STRONGER STORMS. AVERAGE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE ONE TENTH
INCH.

Through 6pm it does, as nothing severe is happening.

Since this is a NOW forecast...I think the NWS is only detailing what to expect through 6PM...basically as the storms are just initiating. Once the storms mature, I am sure the NOW forecast will change in terms of severity.
