the storm that is heading into Shamrock we are looking at has a really nice updraft but its a bit too far away so we are backing to near Clarendon to wait on the storms coming from the plainview area

WOW. Incredible hook, incredible G2G shear and now a TVS flag with it. This should have TOR warning with it as a tornado is likely on the ground.

I've been virtually hanging in Shattuck, torn between the thought of blasting south to catch the Shamrock cell, and hitching onto the rather ponderously developing storm just to my east. #1 just doesn't tickle my nickel, so I'm choosing the east option toward Woodward. If the LBB and CHD developments reflect a little wave running up toward me, then where it meets the best low-level flow is where I'd want to be (at least until the southern storms TOR, as they probably will....)

And then there were two....nice v-notched supercells on the edge of the Caprock...life in chaserland is getting back to normal. Now if they can just turn right somewhat then things will be rocking very quickly.

The cell NE of Plainview appears to be entering a better tornado producing stage of its life. There is a decent shear couplet area on the southern side of the storm. Mid level scans also indicate rotation. This one may become a tornado producer in the next 1/2 hour to hour.

Okay guys, latest BV1 shows a strong hook developing just NE of Seth Ward....heading north of sterley.

Anyone on this storm.....it will be heading a couple miles west of Silverton on its current track.

Both storms in Floyd Co just went through a split at the exact same time. You can see a seperate cell splitting off the nw side of both storms. Also the N cell has been tor warned.

This storm is entering an area of enhanced tornadic potential and it is capable of producing a strong tornado at any time. I have a feeling this may indeed put down several tornadoes in its life, unless something changes like southern choking development.

Wow, heads up, Silverton, TX. I guess the NWS is betting on a right-turn, given the tornado warning box they've drawn. I'm not seeing any significant rotation on radar (though there might be a hint of rotation on tilt-2). It's quite a hefty-looking flying eagle, though; I've got to imagine that's putting down some good hail with a 68dbz return.

Tornado reported on the ground 10 miles SW of Silverton, Tx moving ne at 25 mph. I wonder if the tor warned cell is going to get choked off by the cell to the south?

Tornado reported to be on the ground about 10 miles SW of silverton....moving NNE. The cell looks to be in a bit of a cycling stage right now with a left split coming off. I imagine it will evolve quickly and then re-strengthen here in just a couple minutes.
