Tornado report already for Panhandle:

DUKE FIELD FIRE DEPARTMENT AT EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE REPORTS A TORNADO ON THE GROUND. (MOB)

Some incredible 0-1 SR helicity values--850
good CAPE over the water up to 3000 along with the high supercell composite rating, sig tor values etc. but still looks to be weak CAPE over land. Time will tell. Looks like a difficult setup for chasing with all the rain out in the panhandle now.
*0-1 SR helicity up over 1000 in GA.
