I came up my own scale for only tornado outbreak days...and the following would be the biggest days since 1992:

the next few are as follows, and I'd consider them to be big as well:

Note that this does not include any outbreaks from 2006. I've done some preliminary calculations and both April 2 and March 12 would go on the list.
