An F-4 hit my dad's work in 2003 and it drove a pencil dead center into his computer screen. they measured it and it was EXACTLY in the center from top, bottom, left and right. how bizarre is that?

He also found his 2 way radio that was usually in his top right desk drawer, in the filing cabinet that was behind his desk, in the top drawer of it, and the filing cabinet turned around 180º facing the wall. lol.

I saw this one on facebook tonight from Sunday's storms.

(if this belongs somewhere else, feel free to move it, I didn't see a category that it exactly fit into, so I placed it here).

Although this isn't near as strange as the photo above, it reminded me of a pic I took after the Piedmont tornado went through in 2011 of what appears to be a piece of sheet of metal that went through the front door of a house long ways. Please excuse the blurriness.

While not damage from a tornado, this is a rather odd occurrence considering the owners of these trucks were twin brothers. My sister went to school with them and this happened just up the road from my parents house during a severe thunderstorm several years back. They parked the trucks under the tree to shield them from the hail.

Oh the irony... Was that a sinkhole or just really moist ground?

While the ground probably was moist, I think the wind was estimated at around 80 mph. Stuff like this shows why getting under the nearest big tree is not such a great idea. And I have seen this on many occasions while chasing, folks sheltering under big trees panicked by hail. The problem is big hail is sometimes accompanied by strong wind... especially rfd area, etc...
