SPC Makes Improvements to SREF

Now run four times daily with a new display and a variety of new products added. As always kudos to SPC for putting this data online. In the past year we have seen the addition of SPC produced NSHARP soundings, a major addition to SPC mesoanalysis & archiving of mesoanalysis data and can't forget the 4-8 day outlook.
