I’m going to a school in New Mexico that is helping in the development of a radio telescope. I recently heard of some RFI (radio frequency interference) issues developing. Apparently, the technology for internet through power lines is starting to expand out west now. However, I was wondering if any of the HAM radio operators out there on this forum have heard about this because apparently it produces RFI at the frequencies HAM radios work at. If you have, what do you think?

Hi,
Here in Austin, Tx there was some talk about this situation some time ago through the local group of HAM ops. i communicate with. I think this is an interesting topic, dont really know all the details about this technology. Hoping, too, someone can post to this topic..
