Looking for some maps...

Im giving a talk to a photography club about storm chasing and want to cover briefly what I look at before hand on forecasting maps, and what I look for during the day of the chase. Does anyone have a website up that may have maps of the basic stuff..., surface, winds aloft, cape, etc of a day that resulted in a decent amount of storms / tornados?

I would really apprieciate it.

check UCAR or Twisterdata...I think both may still have info back far enough to the severe weather Sat., or just use the current maps. For photographers, it won't really matter if there is or isn't active weather.
