Archived Radar: Not all there

Am I doing something wrong, I went to the NCDC website to download LEVEL2 data from Feb. 23rd and both times I tried download the radar data from Feb. 23rd it seems to stop at 5:54PM. Obviously I'm looking for the radar data of when the tornado occured NW of McLean Texas, but with the radar stopping at 5:54 that's not helping.

Try looking at 24 Feb... 5:54pm is 2354UTC. The next scan is likely after 0000, which means it's the 24th.

I loaded the data from the 24th and doesn't appear to be on there either.

Can Level2 data be imported into GRAnalyst?

yes just select Open in GR2A
