• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

    Sincerely, Jeff D.

I did a search for this in the archives and didn't find anything as it is relatively new.....

I just got a new PC for Christmas.

Fully equipped with Vista.

I also received Pinnacle Studio Ultimate Version 11 (http://www.pinnaclesys.com/PublicSi...me+Video/Studio+Family/Studio+Ultimate+11.htm)

I know there are other user forums and product review forums for this type of question, but those users may or may not be using it for the same purposes as I am. Anyone have any experience with this product or an earlier version. Or any complaints with this computer? I was recently hospitalized with pneumonia for the last 2 days so today is the first day I get to be home and assembling things and see how things go! So far the computer works great.

Hey Danny, I just purchased Studio 11 Plus cause my Studio 9 wasnt Vista Compatible. So I can say you are at an advantage for having the latest Release. Be sure to Install the latest Patches and Updates at the Pinnacle website.

As far as Complaints I have none. I am still learning about how to Put together a movie from scratch but will learn fast. The software runs smooth and easy on vista compared to my Win2k system yet my new Pc has 2gb of ram, my old pc had only 195mb of ram, heh.

I will keep you informed on how my Editing goes. So far no problems.

So far so good on my end with this program and this computer. In fact I prefer it over my last XP. I love features, I am still not handy with the Pinnacle software however, guess I need to read the 3000000 page handbook that came with lol
