Time Question Again

What would be the correct "f number" for Fri. 4/23/10 at 2:00 CDT on this page? I finally understand Z time, but can't get this straight in my head. Thanks.

2pm CDT = 19Z, so if you're starting at 00Z you want 19 hours out (F19).

If you wanted 19Z but it was a model that started at 12Z, you want F07.
