90L has recently been upgraded to a Tropical Depression. Looks to be a hurricane by about mid week.

TD Three has now been upgraded to Tropical Storm Bill. Bill looks the bigger of the two tropical storms from radar and NHC still has it becoming a hurricane around Wednesday / Thursday just as it starts to appoach the islands of the Carribean.
