SW Caribbean Tropical low to form?

A heads up

By Tuesday next week models have agrement of another Tropical system forming in the Deep South Caribbean Sea tracking North West Thursday GFS has this as a 995mb Depresion / Tropical Storm East of Miami Florida after crossing cuba.

There is already a monsoon type flarup occuring in the extreme SW Caribbean. Most steering models have the system moving NNE toward the central Bahamas as another trough is expected to dig over north Florida later next week.

I was just looking at the model guidance and the NAM and GFS both have development of this system around 72-84 hours...but to varying degrees. A quick glance at track guidance suggests that the system will not be a threat to FL as it will be staying well south of Cuba. Will be watching.
