Streaming Video Software?

I think I have seen a page where the torandovideos.net guys stream video while chasing....I think Dick McGowan and his crew. Could anyone give me a descent recommendation on some software? Going to try and get everything rolling for when these possible hurricanes head for the Southeast. Thanks!
