I've had good results from the free Autostitch software. In some cases the stitchers have trouble finding match points in soft cloud details, and you have to do it manually in Photoshop. It's not too difficult, mainy using the transform rotate/distort tool to shape match and then adjusting brightness/contrast to match the exposure levels. Lots easier when done in software, though.
