Moderator vote: Election 2

ELECTION 2. Poll for determining the new moderators. This will run for one week. Since phpBB does not allow more than 10 vote options, we will have 2 election threads and either pick the highest-ranked person from each election or have a runoff election.

Please be aware this is not a popularity contest. The results should be interpreted as showing the person who would serve best in the moderator role, not who is bringing the highest quality to Stormtrack.
