Good internet setup inside the car for 2011

I was planning wich was the best internet setup to chase with and I thought the best option would be:

- Verizon usb Data Card: I'm taking in consideration to not buy the Sprint data card after reading about the Dakotas coverage (and with Nina conditions we could have some chasing days up there). Yes, I know there's a huge hole in NW Oklahoma but I can substitute with WX.

- One wifi Switch to switch the wifi signal from the laptop to our iphones. Anyone could have an advice for a good wifi switch for Verizon usb data card?

- One booster to improve the signal of the data card. Anyone could help me with a new cheap one?

I saw Walmart was offering a pay as you go Verison USB for $129 and you pay day,week or month rate.

Remember if you are getting a Verizon data Card get it through Millenicom . The reasons are simple

1) no long term contract ( you are month to month)
2) 20 GB per month instead of 5 GB when you get through Verizon
3) Exactly the same coverage as if you got card directly from Verizon
4) Free USB760 data device is still on
5) no taxes on your total fees as they are out of Oregon

Because of non disclosure agreement they cannot tell you it is on Verizon network , The advanced plan is on Verizon network

Don't buy ur USB card at Wal-Mart. I bought mine on E-Bay for $25.

If you buy off EBAY make sure the device has a clean ESN . And also keep in mind it can only be activated on the network it was originally issued on.

This is probably a dumb question, but can you somehow hook a signal booster up to the usb data card or do you even need to?

All the current USB data devices have RF ports , so you can connect an antenna and or direct connect amplifier to them.
