In the next several days you will notice a few minor changes around Stormtrack. We're striving to keep things fresh around here as we test to see what members want to use and what they don't. First, you'll notice fewer menu items. An effort to simplify the site is underway and cutting some fat does just that. Next, you'll see there are fewer members. We have cut those with bad email addresses and those who haven't logged in for ages. Over the weekend you'll see a new ST main page. Again, simplicity is the goal. Finally, the guys have been hard at work on some behind-the-scenes items, one of which is our email system. If you've noted our notification emails haven't been timely, that'll be fixed shortly. Special thanks to the outstanding staff for making these things happen with ease!

Steve, I just logged in and noticed the new look. I'm not here every day, but I find myself dropping in more frequently than a while back. I like the new look and the streamlining of main features. It's a clean, attractive, and useful format to be greeted with. Evocative photo too!

Thanks for the kind words. We're going to continue with improvements until I see the numbers I want. ST has made a very strong recovery, however, there's still a considerable gap between where we are and the goal I have in mind. Rest assured, we'll get there!

Definitely seems to run a bit smoother. Now that I have internet at home again and I'm not on the road for 2 months at a time running off truck stop wifi, I've been lurking a bit more than I had been.

Been here since 2003. I don't post alot but always check in to read what's posted. Most of the technical stuff is over my head anyway LOL. Storm chasing has always just been fun for me. I've always enjoyed this site and what ever changes are made will be for the better I'm sure.
