I've been traveling and have yet to watch the final production, however I have seen much of the footage and was there for the filming of some, and based on what I have seen, this DVD will be one of those that keeps even non-chasers on the edge of their seat. Jeff and Kathryn make an INCREDIBLE team, hard to find anyone more passionate about great plains weather, and when you combine Jeff's unmatched ability for placing himself in the right place to see the craziest phenomenon time and time again, with the artistic photography and video production skills of Kathryn, you're sure to get a great product. Based on the footage alone, not to mention what I'm sure is professional quality production, I'd recommend this for all weather enthusiasts!!

This is another fantastic DVD with amazing close range shots of tornadoes. Its right up there with Andy G's production. I loved seeing another angle on the Bowdle storm. That chapter was like a mini Bullseye Bowdle with a great perspective on each of the tornadoes including the infamous field incident. Another favorite was the June 13 footage. I saw this tornado from a couple miles away and only got a few low contrast stills of it. Jeff is right up next to the thing inside the RFD core getting some amazing shots. Another great touch is the variety of camera angles. One is shooting super wide angle capturing all of the structure and there are some dash cams facing the chasers capturing action shots like you would see on Storm Chasers. I would have loved to have seen this production in all its 16:9 high definition glory as the cameras captured it instead of horizontally compressed into a 4:3 DVD frame (although it stretches just fine on my widescreen TV and monitors, and looks great). Amazing editing job and professional packaging. This DVD is one of the best of the year,. Thanks for trading, Jeff.
