My friend Shawna from Canada happened to snap these 2 nice shots of a distant severe warned cell near Invermere, BC Canada on her way home from work. Across the border into the USA the SPC had a slight risk out for the northern Idaho/Washington region, so seeing this doesn't shock me too much. According to my friend Shawna she said there was a lot of lightning with the cells that moved through and brief gusty winds as well as a few power flickers. Interesting to see storms in that particular area.
