6/25/10 FCST: SD,NE,IA,MN

Not sure if Im heading up or not yet, as some others have mentioned we have about a 2 hour window before things want to congeal and go more linear. RUC and HRRR have been breaking out the 1st discrete cell in the Granite Falls to Wilmar area....figure thats probably a good place to start. Maybe even further back a bit towards the SD/MN border.
