This could be a "day before the day." Moisture should be returning to this region by Sunday afternoon and severe thunderstorms will likely develop. The northward extent (KS) and northeastward extent (MO late) is still very much in question. However, should some clearing occur rapid destabilization may be able to take advantage of increasingly strong dynamics in this region.
