Not so sure about Monday, but there are a couple cells here in TX I am watching. The one hitting Victoria is tor warned but the cell north of it is the one I am eyeing for more potential. Thought I saw a hook form at the last frame of the loop, am I seeing things?

If it ends up being near / south of San Antonio it could be tough as many of the roads are under water with lots of roads closed.
