Well for those living in the Souther Plains, you def know winter has arrived and from the looks of things, appears to be parked here for a while.
One thing, however, in the SP we can always count on in the winter is downsloping effect every now and then to help bring us back out of the ice box. That being said, I was wondering what kind of weather patterns are needed for that to occur.
