IT CAN BE STATED WITH ALL THE CERTAINTY OF A TWO MINUTE INTERNET
SEARCH THAT OGDEN NASH NEVER WROTE A POEM ABOUT SNOWFALL. BUT IF HE
HAD IT MIGHT ECHO THESE SENTIMENTS...

I RELISH SNOWFALL IN THE WAY
THAT I WELCOME TOOTH DECAY.
YET SNOW'D BE GREAT IF IT WOULD STRIVE
TO FALL WHERE WE DON'T HAVE TO DRIVE.
OR BETTER STILL...WE BEG IT PLEASE
TO FALL AT NINETY TWO DEGREES.
FOR THEN ITS FLAKES WE WOULD NOT FEAR...
BEFORE THEY FELL THEY'D DISAPPEAR.


I guess the forecasters came up with this. Can it be that boring in the AMA forecast office? Come on, 2 inches of snow isn't that bad!

The problem isnt the 2 inches of snow. AS dry as we are we will take anything we can get to hold dopwn these fires.

The problem is its now spring. The entire winter we have been way above normal with highs in the 70's, 80's and even some 90's and now this. Yesterday we set a record for the day for the coldest high. Just a major shock to tghe system to go from 85 to 30 for a high in a few days.

And ya it has been a pretty slow and boring around here wx wise and the extended pattern is mundane so cant blame him for spicing things up.
