• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

    Sincerely, Jeff D.

UPDATE: Twistex Permanent Memorial Fund

Can you believe it!! Once in a while things DO work out for the good. God Bless that girlfriend.....please make her contact info available for those that would like to personally thank her. She may have given this money from her own life savings....you just don't know.

I'm going to create a new banner for those who have passed away and had an account with ST to memorialize them properly here on the forum. I should definitely have it in place before the arrival of the Twistex memorial. Maybe Memorial Day would be the best tribute we could give them by rolling the banner out then?

I'm aware of most of the affected accounts, but if anyone wants to help me put the list together I'd greatly appreciate it. Just send me a PM.

Sorry all, but we will not be making her contact information available. I will keep her information confidential unless I hear otherwise, from her. I will be sure we pass on the many thanks received.

That being said...here is a copy of the invoice for the memorial...since people were asking to see a copy.

That is great news! The girlfriend is to be commended. I agree with what others have said about Michael, that his well being is more important than the money, I hope he gets the help he needs. I hope to be able to make a donation to the fund in the near future.

Great news! I will be there to help when the time comes with my truck and any tools needed. Thank her and I will be sending some money when I get all settled in my new place and my business running again.

I wouldn't think it would be needed (unless it's bigger than I'm thinking it's going to be), but I do have access to a flatbed trailer if need be.

@nsxiphos, it will be in El Reno at the site of the current makeshift memorial as far as I know.
