“This Account Cannot Report Location”

Good morning everyone on radarscope some reason all the sudden I don’t have an option to report my location using spotter network.

When I login it’s automatically stating (This Account Cannot Report Location) when it never gave me the option to report location.
I also use an iPhone. I’ve passed the training twice with a 10/10 100% score. Also I did a post on the Facebook Radarscope Users Group and this is also happening to other people to in Android and Apple Devices.
Any advice on how to fix this or is there a way to reach out to the Radarscope and Spotter Network Administrator?

Hi Lucas, if you log in to our website, does it show a passed test there? Also, do you have NWS contact information filled out?

I’ve passed the test twice with a 10/10 score twice I do have the NWS Contact information filled out.

Also I did a post on the Facebook Radarscope Users Group and this is also happening to other people to on Android and Apple Devices.
I’m at the most current Radarscope software version 4.1 and the most current Apple Software update IOS 14.4.

LM Photography is the main one I use, I created new ones to see what was going on. You can delete the others if you can.

I am also having the same issue as Lucas. I also tried to make another account to see if that would fix it and both accounts don't report location. I posted a thread on this forum earlier this morning.

Lucas, please try logging out and back in now. Let me know if the result is any different.
