The New Posts-Page Lists No New Posts, Even Though There Are

Is anybody else experiencing this? I thought ST had been unusually quiet during the winter months but chalked up to being the off-season. I got worried though when I saw no posts about 3/2 and clicked a few times on "New Posts" and "What's New?" until a backlog of posts got listed. The problem I have is that it's very hit-and-miss now if the new posts are displayed, and this is one of my favorite features. I haven't cleared my cookies nor blocked ST.
