We're talking about aircards, not phones. If you use an aircard, you don't need to worry about the PRL issue with non-smartphones. The data reciprocity is 100% and will work if you use an aircard. Not having the updated PRL doesn't mean the agreement isn't 100%, it just means your equipment isn't ready for it.

They sure don't tell you that once they get you in the door at Alltel and I thought by posting it here that it may help others if they are expecting EVDO coverage everywhere on there non smart phone
