Still photograph use on TV promo

Have 3 photographs a producer is interested in of Tuscaloosa damage. They have some footage of mine already. I showed them some stills and they selected 3 of those. They are wanting to use them on their website as a promo for the show. What's a fair rate for this use of a still photo?

About $150.00 each, or maybe $350.00 for the three, since you have already supplied footage. Make sure the agreement says one time use for promotion of show and no other use what so ever, including print use. No copyright transfer! A lot of clients try to write a release so they have unlimited future use... avoid this.
