Thought I'd have a little fun with this post...

I'm sure most of you saw the 0600 SPC Day 1 outlook for 4/17, and noticed the (ahem) unusual shape of the TOR probability graphic:

Going back to 5/10/10 (a big chase day), we note that the 1630 SPC Day 1 Categorical outlook shows the MDT and HIGH risk areas forming a neat little heart shape over Oklahoma and Kansas:

Finally, most of you have probably seen hodographs that form all kinds of unusual shapes.... I remember seeing one at another chaser site that (literally) looked like a duck's head.

So with this in mind, I would invite you to contribute your favorite examples of hodos, SPC outlooks, or other forecast tools with unusual shapes.

I had a pic of a group of SVR warnings in the NE panhandle that literally, I kid you not, had the shape of a sailboat. Complete with an upside down trapezoid hull and mast which was a 20mi x 1mi line of warning north from it.

And yes, the 4/17 reminded me of a certain male organ with the "hashed" area resembling hair and one red plum. Had a good laugh about it that night. I wonder if SPC does that on purpose or after they issue it do they then realize what they have done?
