I use my Win 8 HTC phone a lot to browse the web most of the time. Most websites are able to have access to my photo album via phone or 'cloud' except this one. I cannot upload any photos because of this.

Is it possible to fix this issue or am I SOL?

Mike,

What browser are you using on your HTC? I suspect you need to go into the control panel or settings and make sure photo sharing is enabled for the specific browser you're using. Here is a screen capture of what I see in iOS as an example. Your settings will not look exactly like the below image, but it's the general idea I'm getting at to double check for your particular issue. Let me know if this helps or not.
