Locals getting mixed in chaser groups

Here is a nice example of a man and his young son who are "chasing" by getting into a chaser convergence. The video is one of those CNN "i reports" Watching his son yell at the passing of the TIV is entertaining, he calls it a "tank." More concerning is that they are watching a nice tornado from a distance while another tornado is clearly forming adjacent to their position.
