I don't have an NHC contact, but NWS Directive 10-601, http://www.nws.noaa.gov/directives/010/pd01006001e.pdf section 4.1 states:

"If all names for a year are used and another storm requires a name, the Greek alphabet will be used (Alpha, Beta, etc.)."

Here's a few for the missing letters: U=Ursula Y=Yvonne X=Xena (I like that one!! :wink: )
