Good day all.
Looks like the Midwest/Deep South is going to get a going away present from 2006. Looks like a high amplitude trough coming out of the Southern Plains according to the GFS for this weekend (Fri/Sat/possibly Sun). The GFS is having a tough time with timing again. Looks to be some pretty vigorous vertical wind shear and dynamic forcing ahead of the associated cold front. Could prove to be an interesting weekend.
Will probally be out on this one if it all verifies. Haven't had much of a chance to chase this year. Have a new Delrome GPS unit that needs to be run through its paces also.
