Laptop Mount/Weather Station?

We are looking for a laptop mount for my S-10 truck. Found out this past storm season we DESPERATELY need one. What does everyone have/recommend? Also curious to see what everyone uses weather station wise. Davis, La Crosse, etc.? Looking for a 2.5 second update time (or better if possible). Looking to do a lot of upgrades this winter and be better prepared. Thank you!
