GR placefile stops updating

On both my desktop and laptop copies of GRlevel3, the surface obs placefile I'm using stops updating after about an hour and the obs disappear from the map. Closing/reopening GR brings it back, but it eventually it disappears again. Anyone know why this might be happening?

Are you on the latest versions of GR3? Does it happen with other placefiles or just RTs?

Running 2.00. I only have two placefiles running, SN and the surface obs. SN never drops out. The placefile manager doesn't show any errors for the surface obs feed.

Ugh - you're about 60 updates behind Update to v2.80 first before doing much troubleshooting.

Actual version via Help > About is 23.21.13.8813. Is there something that shows when updates are available? I don't see anything in the application itself nor the website.

That's your graphics version... GR version is the very first line under Help/About above the Copyright.

Ok, found and ran the upgrade from 2.5 to 2.8. Running it now for a while to see if anything changed. Thanks for the tips!
