FTP Software

can someone recommend a good, free FTP software where I can have it automatically upload files at a scheduled time?
i.e. upload image x every 10 minutes.

Not sure of the capability, but FileZilla is a free FTP program for Windows. It seems pretty fancy and I haven't had any problems using it.
