EXPLAIN: Teleconnections Patterns

One thing that I usually have a hard time remembering are what impact teleconnections patterns have on US weather. Of course, it would be way too simple to have them all laid out nice and neat on one site with thorough explanations so thats where I was hoping some of you could help.
